My name is Thomas James and I have had back pain since 2009 of May.

I was diagnosed with two buldging disc and spinal stenosis

The pain changed my life drastically.

Before the problems started Iwas an long distance runner and a member of the marine corps

reserves.

The chronic pain quickly eliminated my passion to run and exercise.

The weight quickly piled on and found myself completeley depressed.

I was willing to pay anything to get my back fixed.

I tried chiropractic manipulation and spinal decompression to no avail.

In 2010 , I tried a steroid shot which only temporalily took away the pain.

In July 2011, I came to the Accuro Medical Center, skeptical at first , within two session I could tell

we were on the right path.

Dr.kim kept assuring me I would run again.

Now a little over a month since my first visit and I am pain free and running again.

I wish I had came here years ago.
